CANADA Canada Business Services Centres is a single point of contact for information on government services, programs and regulations for business. Strategis provides comprehensive business information online to help you find partners, discover new technologies and explore growth opportunities. Sources for Financing is your online database of financial providers for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as a source of useful resources to help build your financing knowledge. Business Development Bank of Canada provides financial and consulting services to Canadian small businesses, particularly those in the technology and export sectors of the economy. www.bdc.ca Small Business Information Seminars provides information on your responsibilities regarding customers, income tax and GST as well as the services available to you. Business Access Canada provides businesses with information on how and what the Government of Canada purchases. ONTARIO The Ontario Government’s website has a section devoted exclusively to small business which includes information about small businesses generally, finances, taxes and labour. The Canada-Ontario Business Service Centre provides accurate and timely information on programs, services and regulations to Ontario businesses in collaboration with their federal, provincial and non-governmental partners. |
